As long as you have an axe equipped, you can chop the barrels up and gain Bronze Nails, Bronze Scraps, and Boards. The Trash Piles are sorted with the Keeper’s hands and contain both Bronze Nails and Bronze Scraps.
Destroying Broken Barrels and Trash Piles will reward players with the Junk Fighter line of Inspirations, helping them level up their Metallurgy skill.

To make Bronze Nails in Graveyard Keeper 2, players will first need to build a Wooden Anvil, which requires the first Metallurgy unlock in the Tech Tree called Bronze Works. You can then head over to the Blueprint Table for the Keeper’s main Yard and build one.
- The Wooden Anvil requires 1 Short Log, crafted at a Sawhorse, and 1 Stone.
At the anvil, Bronze Scraps can be forged into Bronze Nails, with Bronze Scraps being found in the same places as Bronze Nails typically.
- You get 6 Bronze Nails for 1 Bronze Scrap.
Later on in the game, players will be able to forge Bronze Nails from other materials, such as Bronze Ingots.
Make sure to eat high-quality food to keep your stamina up for all this forging and the chopping of barrels.
