Fortnite’s Treasure Hunters season is shaping up to be perhaps the most generous season of all time, with loads of free cosmetics up for grabs. One of the rarest and most special items you can get is Solid Gold A$AP Rocky.
Lots of the mechanics featured in this season are unlike anything we’ve seen before, so figuring out how to get your hands on this freebie and others like it can be tricky. To ensure you don’t miss out on this epic prize, here’s how to get Solid Gold A$AP Rocky in Fortnite Treasure Hunters.
How to unlock Solid Gold A$AP Rocky for free in Fortnite
Solid Gold A$AP Rocky is a random Treasure Chest loot item, which means there’s a chance you might find him while looting anywhere around the Fortnite island. He is not a guaranteed drop at any point, and is one of the rarest items in rotation, so it generally takes a lot of searching and quite a bit of good luck to acquire him.
Anytime you open a Treasure Chest, you might only find standard loot, or you may instead also be rewarded with some extra special freebies. Solid Gold A$AP Rocky is one of the potential prizes included among the bonus goodies you may find.
All of the potential bonus assets you may find while looting are as follows.
- Solid Gold A$AP Rocky Outfit
- Solid Gold A$AP Rocky Gauntlets Pickaxe
- Plunder in Paradise Loading Screen

Where to find Solid Gold A$AP Rocky in Fortnite
How long is Solid Gold A$AP Rocky available in Fortnite?
Solid Gold A$AP Rocky is available to find in the loot pool from Nov. 1 to Nov. 7. The featured skin switches over to Lil Uzi Vert at 8am CT on Nov. 7, so you have about a week to search for it before it leaves the pool.
After his initial availability period ends, it’s unclear when or if Solid Gold A$AP Rocky will be available to obtain. He could potentially return to the loot pool near the end of the season, may be added as a shop asset you have to buy with V-Bucks, or may be altogether unobtainable once the initial treasure hunt run ends.
Once we know what his availability looks like after his run in the loot pool ends, we’ll provide an update here. If you’re determined to grab him for free, though, it’s a good idea to go hunting for him before Nov. 7, as this is the only guaranteed way to get him for now.
