The Fourth Echelon suit from the Splinter Cell series makes an appearance as a wearable outfit in Ghost Recon Breakpoint, and players can get it by completing missions from the Deep State storyline in Episode 2. This questline will have players working with the legendary Sam Fisher in order to take down the mastermind behind a dangerous weapons program and save one of Nomad’s most trusted squadmates in the process. If you’re interested in getting the 4E outfit in Breakpoint, here’s what you need to do.
How to Get the Fourth Echelon Outfit in GR Breakpoint
First, you need to own the Breakpoint Year 1 Pass in order to gain access to the Deep State/Operation Checkmate storyline. Without this, all you’ll have access to is the first mission of this questline (completing it will reward you with the SC IS HDG, one of the best pistols in Breakpoint).
If you already own the Year 1 Pass, then all you need to do is complete several main missions involving the heads of the CLAW project and their affiliates. Completing each of these missions will reward you with one piece of the Fourth Echelon set in GR Breakpoint.

All these missions are fairly straightforward, and they don’t have any hard stealth requirements. Still, many of the locations that these missions send to you are absolutely crawling with hostiles, so stealth is still recommended, especially in higher difficulties. Additionally, these missions take place in the southern region of Auroa — if you’re playing with Gear Score on, make sure you’re fully prepared before attempting to get the Fourth Echelon set.
If you want a weapon to match your Splinter Cell outfit, get the SC-20K in Bald Peak Mine, or the SC-40K from Maria in Erewhon.

Each piece of the 4E outfit can be worn separately, though restrictions still apply when it comes to headwear. The Fourth Echelon Goggles count as Head Protection, much like a helmet or hat, and the Fourth Echelon Mask does not accept any type of Head Protection whatsoever. This set doesn’t come with a dedicated vest, though you can wear your favorite harnesses and plate carriers on top of it. The entire outfit can be recolored too, in case you want to make a separate cosmetic loadout with camo that matches your terrain.
