Shade is the protagonist of Star Wars: Galactic Racer, and they also act as the player’s OC! You can freely customize what Shade wears, from their outfit, helmet, colors, and even their voice. Shade can also represent you in the Multiplayer mode for Star Wars: Galactic Racer, and thankfully, customizing Shade isn’t a one-time thing. Here’s how you can freely customize your character so that you can change their style whenever you want!
How to Customize Characters in Star Wars Galactic Racer
You can only customize your character at the start of a Tour, so if you’ve already made a character and want to change their looks, then you will need to abandon the Tour and start again. Once you’ve picked your vehicle, you should be able to pick your Racer Style and Favors. While on this screen, press F/Square/X to Customize.
In the Customize tab, you will have a total of 3 outfits for both Body Type A and Body Type B, and you can press Y/Triangle to alter the color of the outfit. You can also choose between three helmets and four voices. You can press Triangle/Y to change the pitch of each voice.
The changes you make to your custom character will be updated immediately to Shade, who you can find in the Multiplayer tab after selecting your vehicle.
