The first task is to select a plot and then place a facility. This can be a crafting station to produce valuable items or a farm plot. Next, pick an Aniimo that has applicable skills to make the most of your production plan, and assign them to the project. Your pals will do the remaining work for you.
The production efficiency will depend on the job level of the assigned Aniimo.
