Spectral Trigger is Lucy’s signature weapon in WuWa. The 5-star pistols grant her ATK%, Spectro DMG, and Heavy Attack DMG. Not to mention, it also allows her Heavy Attack DMG to ignore 10% of enemies’ DEF. Add the high Base ATK alongside the Crit DMG substat, and Spectral Trigger is an amazing choice for Lucy in Wuthering Waves.

Phasic Homogenizer is a solid F2P weapon for Lucy in Wuthering Waves. When wielding the standard 5-star pistols, Lucy gets the same Base ATK and Crit DMG substat as her signature weapon, which is great for her gameplay. Additionally, the weapon’s passive grants her ATK% and Spectro DMG, which buffs her entire kit.

When wielding Phasic Homogenizer, Lucy loses the Heavy Attack DMG buffs she gets from her best-in-slot, which is why Phasic Homogenizer comes in second place. It’s still a decent F2P option for her if you’re not planning to pull for her signature weapon.

Static Mist is an acceptable choice for Lucy in WuWa. You can use it if you don’t have Phasic Homogenizer and are not planning to pull on the standard weapon at the moment. It should be treated as a placeholder until you find a better choice.

The main reason why it’s a good weapon for Lucy is the Crit Rate she gets from the weapon’s substat, alongside a decent Base ATK. Other than that, the F2P weapon increases Lucy’s Energy Regen and grants her the ability to buff the next character’s ATK by 10%, which works with her gameplay since her teams rotate a lot, but it’s not that important compared to the others.

The Shadow of Shattered Dreams only needs one Echo to trigger its passive. When building Lucy, it’s recommended to build her with the Shadow of Shattered Dreams set, as she often triggers Hack – Shifting on enemies, which increases her Heavy ATK DMG by 35%. This is massive for her gameplay and makes up for not building a full five-piece Echo set.

Since Lucy already has one Echo on her Cost 4 to trigger the Shadow of Shattered Dreams set’s passive, you won’t be able to build her with a five-piece set anymore. The best approach is to build Lucy with two different two-piece sets that increase her Spectro DMG, such as:

• 2pc Pact of Neonlight Leap
• 2pc Rite of Gilded Revelation

This main Echo is perfect for Lucy’s build in Wuthering Waves. If you place Reminiscence – Nightmare: Adam Smasher in Lucy’s main slot, it increases Lucy’s Crit Rate by 15% while also unlocking a special Echo skill for her. The special Echo skill works in two ways:

First, it deals high DMG to enemies around Lucy if you press the Echo Skill button.

Second, it deals high DMG to enemies around Lucy and increases Lucy’s movement speed while slowing enemies if you hold the Echo Skill button.
