The Well Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
Go southeast from the ReroRero Phone Booth and interact with the well. That’s all you need to do here.
Buried Sword Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
Don’t go yet, but on the eastern isolated island, there’s a stone that needs three broken parts together. You can return there once you get the three broken parts of the Secret Tales of the Golden Tree in NTE.
The broken parts appear at nighttime, so make sure to change the time beforehand. It’s also easier to spot the tree this way, since it will glow gold.
Shipwreck Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
To solve the Great Jerry shipwreck Strange Tales in NTE, go south of the Sunward Resort and speak with Great Jerry by choosing the first option several times. Next, head to the second floor of Sunward Resort to find his Rusted Blade by a guy named Ken.
Return to the location and toss the sword into the bonfire to complete the quest.
Nearby, there’s a golden tree that you need for the Buried Sword Strange Tales.
The Bell Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
Head east up the hill and ring the bell. This will change the weather in nearby areas, but doesn’t do much other than that. Ringing the bell is all you have to do here.
Dance Party Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
There’s a Dance Dance Dance Strange Tales in NTE around the building on top of the hill. Skip to 10 PM at night and use the Cubox Portable Player Walkman to enter the party.
In the area, there’s also another golden tree.
Swimming Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
Return to the ReroRero Phone Booth and head north to the shore to meet Ms. Bulan and her son, Laut. Keep swimming in the ocean until you run out of stamina and drown, then speak to the lady once more to complete the swimming Strange Tales in NTE.
You can find the final golden three southwest of Ms. Bulan’s location. After you collect all three broken parts, you can head to the Buried Sword location.
Tunnel Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
Make sure it’s nighttime and head inside the tunnel to trigger this Strange Tales. You may need to use a vehicle or change the weather and time, but personally, it triggers on a sunny night without a vehicle for me.
Sunni Island Fishing Spot Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
Go to the northwestern Sunni Island fishing spot in the morning.
Talk to the two anglers to trigger the quest. To complete the Sunni Island fishing spot Strange Tales, simply fish until you get an anomaly banner fish.
Breakwater Stone Boneyard Bonfire Strange Tales In NTE (Sunni Island)
Finally, head to the marked spot and find a canoe/wooden boat with a storage box in it. Interact with the box to get a flintstone, then light up the bonfire nearby.
To complete the bonfire Strange Tales in NTE, skip to the next rainy night, then speak to the figure who appears.
