How to Get One Thousand Voices in Destiny 2
To get One Thousand Voices, you’re going to need to open the final chests after the Queenswalk encounter in The Last Wish Raid, which happens after you’ve defeated Riven.
To open the final chests, you are going to need Ethereal Keys, and you can hold 5 in your Inventory and 5 in the Post Master. You can get Ethereal Keys by defeating Riven, which is the final boss you can farm with the Wishing Wall.
How to Get the One Thousand Voices Catalyst in Destiny 2
The One Thousand Voices Catalyst can be farmed from Morgeth in the Pantheon, or via the final chest after the Queenswalk encounter in The Last Wish Raid.
Farming Morgeth in the Pantheon is the easiest way to get the One Thousand Voices Catalyst, as to reach Queenswalk, you’ll have to kill Riven (who’s an easy boss to cheese and farm), but it still requires you to complete the encounter after, whereas Morgeth can be a fairly solid farm with an efficient team, but the choice is yours.
What Makes the One Thousand Voices Catalyst So Good in Destiny 2?
One Thousand Voices has Unforeseen Repercussions, in which holding down fire sees the weapon’s beam superheat its targets upon impact, which causes delayed Scorch explosions. When paired with the One Thousand Voices Catalyst, these detonations produce Taken energy that seeks out nearby targets and Blights them.
You can make the Catalyst even stronger by using the Tablet of Ruin Artifact, thanks to Particle Reconstruction, where dealing sustained damage with Linear Fusion Rifles refills the magazine from reserves and grants bonus damage.
You can extend this damage further with Solar Weapon Surge Mods (Leg Armor), and the Solar Aspects: Ember of Ashes (apply more scorch stacks), Ember of Char (Solar ignitions spread scorch to affected targets), and Ember of Eruption (Solar ignitions have an increased area of effect).
Exotic Armor like Dawn Chorus for Warlocks makes the Exotic even better, as Scorch deals additional damage and builds more ignitions.
