About Otherside Tapes: Favela

This game immerses players in a chilling found-footage horror experience set in a haunting Brazilian favela, where every twist and turn in the narrow streets can lead to panic. You step into the shoes of Cláudio da Silva, an urban explorer drawn to the eerie tales surrounding Street 7, a place linked to mysterious disappearances and a devastating fire. The gameplay unfolds from a first-person perspective, emphasizing navigation and survival over combat, as players must evade unseen threats and unravel the area’s dark secrets.

The richly detailed environment adds to the tension, with the claustrophobic architecture and unsettling sound design amplifying the sense of dread. As familiar routes morph and shift, players must adapt their strategies to survive the psychological horror. This unique combination of setting and gameplay makes it a standout for fans of atmospheric horror. If you enjoyed titles like P.T. or Outlast, this is definitely one to explore.
