PEAK: The Final Ascent is the last major content update, but just because it’s over doesn’t mean there aren’t more fun things to do! With 2 new biomes, there are also 10 new badges to collect, and one that might cause you some trouble is the Bellringer Badge in the GLOOM biome, which requires you to ring 5 Belltowers in a single run. Below, we’ll share our success run of obtaining this Badge so you know how you can get it too!
How to Get the Bellringer Badge in PEAK
To get the Bellringer badge, you need to ring five Belltowers in a single run. These Belltowers can be found in Gloom, which will be the fourth biome after ALPINE/MESA.
Belltowers are found in the swamp, so you will need to drop into the fog. This can be tricky, as the fog will provide you with the sleep effect, but you can counter this effect with Candlesticks, Cure Alls, and Faeri Lights, so make sure you know where to go while you’re wandering the fog.
Inside the fog, look for the Scout Statues, as these should point you towards Belltowers. However, this is not garanteed, especially with how the maps reset every day, so one statue might lead you to a Belltower, but the other might lead you to a dead end.
When you find a Belltower, walk up to it and interact with it to ring it. Doing so clears the mist around the area, which gives you a much better view of your surroundings. After that, you need to find four more and ring them in the same run.
The Ghost can also cause problems while you’re looking for the Belltowers. If you hear its sound cue nearby, look for a Belltower and ring it. This will get rid of the Ghost and unlock the Exorcist badge!
Once you’ve rung all five, you’ll get the Bellringer badge and the Frog Hat cosmetic; just make sure you’re the one to ring the Belltowers if you’re playing in co-op!
