The Gunslinger is my favorite class in SpiritVale, and few other classes can match its offered strengths. The class comes with one of the best DPS potential out of all classes. Moreover, it has very few weaknesses, but it’s critical to get your build right.
In this guide, I will discuss what I believe to be one of the strongest builds for the class.
Best SpiritVale Gunslinger build
We begin with the weapons, since the area requires the least micromanagement. You’ll be relying on your duo of Triple Barrel Revolvers that do incredible amounts of damage. You also can clear waves of enemies in quick time due to the AoE attacks of your guns.
When it comes to cards, go for anything that raises your Critical Rate. That’s the best stuff to buff for your revolvers, and it directly scales with your class level.
Gear
For gear pieces, I have mostly focused on the stat boosts you’ll want to apply. You might not have the exact sets I have used. However, I have mentioned specific gear items if it’s that important.
- Headgear: Night Helm due to its boost to every stat.
- Precision Set for full body, since you get to trigger the bonus spike to the DEX attribute.
- Face: Use any gear piece that either raises your crit rate or your damage/range.
- Accessory: I love having the health drain effect (works especially well the more your damage scales up).
- Utility: Use any piece of gear that raises your range/crit rate.
- Shoes: Try to find the Plasma Boost. Its passive ensures that you don’t flinch from incoming damage.
The Eternis Artifact set is the best choice since you get All Stat boost from it. Ideally, pick Artifacts that raises your physical attack along with other stats, as that determines how much potential damage you can deal.
Skill
As you begin a Scout, I have mentioned the main skills you’ll want to focus. This will carry you to Level 50 when you can activate the Gunslinger job.
- Precise Aim
- Inner Focus
- Mark Target
- Slow Trap
These are all passives that will allow you to level up quicker and hit the Level 50 mark.
Here’s a list of all the skills you’ll want to include with your Gunslinger.
- Aerial Shot: Provides mobility as you strike down on the enemy from top.
- Flash Bang: Escape a tight situation with a Backslide and prepare a flash grenade.
- Gun Mastery: This passive skill raises the attack power of all your firearms and also raises your attack speed.
- Panic Burst: Damage enemies with a massive burst of gunfire.
- Point Blank: Blind enemies at close range and then finish them off with your shotgun.
- Suppressive Shot: Pin down enemies with sustainable fire.
Maximize Gun Mastery and Panic Burst first, since they’re essential to your build. I also like Point Blank as it suits my playstyle, and you also get to maximize the use of your shotgun.
When it comes to choosing stats, you’ll want to prioritize Dexterity. This works well with almost all the skills mentioned above. You should also focus on Agility since that will raise your attack speed. Finally, spread the remaining points in Vitality and Luck as you deem fit.
