EA Sports is lifting the curtain on both of its American football games, Madden 27 and College Football. Both games will offer plenty of new features both on and off the field, with a major College Football being the ability to customize your team’s home stadium in Teambuilder. Part of that stadium-customizing experience is through a new audio suite for your school’s fight music, and with that new tool, EA College Football will be digging into the EA vault for inspiration.
Eight tracks from past EA titles have been re-recorded with a marching band, and will be included among iconic college football fight songs like Boomer Sooner, Notre Dame Victory March, and Rocky Top for your custom team’s band to play. Note that we said “past EA titles,” not “past EA Sports titles,” as four of the seven tracks come from some of EA’s most iconic franchises.
The eight tracks available in the College Football 27 audio suite are as follows:
- NHL 25 Theme
- Madden Theme
- Battlefield 4 – Warsaw Theme
- Command and Conquer Red Alert – Hell March
- NCAA Football 2011 – The U / The Running Game
- Mass Effect 2 – The Normandy Reborn
- Mass Effect 3 – Aralakh Company
Players using the Teambuilder audio suite will be able to specify when each song plays during a game, including the team’s entrance, after scoring, and more. The suite also comes with a selection of sound effects, including animal sounds and fan chants, and players can choose the ones they like in order to round out their home-field advantage.
EA College Football 27 launches July 9 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and for the first time ever, PC. This year’s cover athletes are Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy, Oregon quarterback Dante Moore, and Miami wide receiver Malachi Toney.
