One of the early goals of Graveyard Keeper 2 is to summon a fairy for more information on saving the world. To do so, players will need to acquire Dream Dust. This substance can be brewed at a Laboratory in the Alchemy Lab, but this tower is locked at first and can only be opened with the help of the Plague Doctor. Players will then need to learn how alchemy works in Graveyard Keeper 2 and research materials to find those with the correct properties for making Dream Dust.
How To Access The Alchemy Lab Tower In Graveyard Keeper 2
To access the Alchemy Lab, which is the tower at the back of the keeper’s house, players will need to find Albert the Plague Doctor. To do so, you will need to head through the hatch that appears one day in your house. In the basement where you can make paper and write, there is a blocked entrance with Albert stuck behind.
Upon clearing this blockage and talking to Albert, it will soon be revealed that he knows the combination for the tower door. Alongside your Inquisitor’s Medallion, this is all that’s needed to open it.
Setting Up The Alchemy Lab In Graveyard Keeper 2
Once players have accessed the Alchemy Lab, there are many things to build and a few prerequisites. Below is a table of everything you need to build and the items for doing so. The Study Table and Folio are already constructed.

There are other things to build in the Alchemy Lab, such as the Distillation Cube and a Firewood Shelf, but they aren’t required for Dream Dust. They are needed for Melted Wax, however, when crafting Polished Bronze in Graveyard Keeper 2.
How To Make Dream Dust In Graveyard Keeper 2
Now that everything is set up in the Alchemy Lab, it’s time to make Dream Dust. The recipe is as follows:
To find materials with these runes, study two items from the table below at the Study Table. You simply need to choose one from each column: 1 Green and 1 Blue. Or you can choose a single item from the third column that has both, and then only one ingredient is required.

You can then head over to the Laboratory table and add each of these ingredients. As long as you have Alchemy Flasks on a nearby Flask Shelf, you will be able to brew Dream Dust.
There’s a bit of crafting to do after accepting the recipe, but it only takes a second. Your Dream Dust is then ready, and you can always create more and turn it into fertilizer.
